System Design
From small craft distilleries to larger operations producing millions of cases per year our approach is the same. The first step is always to evaluate and understand your current processes. Our engineering team will then clearly and concisely design the most appropriate automation solution based on your specific needs.
SCADA + HMI
People are visual and as such we design our SCADA and HMI terminals to be user friendly and easy to understand. Thanks to our in-house audio visual and graphics team we can design features to suit each client’s individual needs. Using our predeveloped libraries of distillery specific templates and objects allows us to reduce the development time.
PLC Programming
We are PLC experts well used to coding, designing intuitive user menus and integrating sensors and controllers into your processes. We have developed our own in-house PLC sequencers and batch controls which results in reduced engineering costs to the client.

We take a step-by-step approach starting with offline system testing and eventually moving to full production testing of actual product.
