Since it’s creation in 1974 Baileys has been produced and bottled on the Nangor Road in Dublin. Baileys produces in excess of 80 million bottles of Irish cream a year and exports to over 180 countries.

Rockbrook have been the control system solutions provider of choice for the automated production process at Baileys for almost 20 years and have a continuous onsite support and project execution role. In that time we have designed and implemented a number of key optimisation projects. We have fully implemented a redesign and upgrade of a 6000+ I/O DCS production control system including industrial networking, control system MCCs and MES integration. A new industrial control network as well as the provision of new MCCs to optimise production processes. Upgraded automation controls help to improve the process and increase the plant capacity.
